Our payment policy varies depending on
the size and scope of the project. The standard payment policy based
on a custom website design requires a percentage up front and the
remaining balance to be paid at completion or stages during the
project. If needed, monthly payments can be arranged to fit your

it take to build a website?
Once again like cost it can vary. A website
can be completed in as little as a few days to several months. Completion
time can depend on several factors including the size of the website
or the amount of time it takes the site owner to offer feedback
on the web design in progress and to provide relevant content (text,
pictures, images, etc.) for the website. We strive to complete the
project within a set time frame.

Once complete, we register your website

yourself periodically. It is an easy process to submit your own

No, and no company should make these guarantees.
Only a small percentage of all pages submitted are even added to
search engine indexes. We can guarantee that we will pursue the

name?
A domain name is your address on the Internet.
Our domain name is www.hyperstar.com.au. The domain name is obtained
from a registrar. Prices vary depending on the type of domain name.
The lowest price is often not the best deal. Consult with us before
selecting a registrar. If you wish, we will register your domain
name for you.

my computer constantly switched on if I have my own website?
Your website is hosted on an external server.
If people access your website through the Internet, they are viewing
the site as it exists on the server.

hosting?
We offer a range of hosting packages with various
companies from $10 a month depending on the size and requirements
of your site. This is usually paid in advance for a 12 month period.

dialup account, for which I pay a monthly service fee. Does this
affect my website hosting fee?
You will need to maintain your dialup
account to continue accessing the
Internet and e-mail as usual. Your website is hosted on dedicated
servers and they may not be related to your ISP. However you may
choose to host your website with your ISP on a hosting account.

my business's existing logo, brochure design, and other materials
for my website?
Yes! If your logo and promotional
materials are in electronic format, we can convert them to a format
appropriate for your website. We can accept many types of files,
including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher,
and other Microsoft Office formats. If your material is printed,
we can scan and convert them.
